These Terms of Sale govern all sales concluded between VELTA Group EURL (operating under the brand name NATT) and any non-commercial individual ("the Customer") making a purchase via the website nattsleep.com.
Article 1 - Object
These terms aim to define the contractual relations between VELTA Group EURL and the Customer, as well as the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the merchant site nattsleep.com. The acquisition of a product implies the Customer's unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Sale.
Article 2 - Products
The products offered are those listed on the site nattsleep.com, subject to stock availability. Each product is accompanied by a description provided by the publisher. The photographs of the products are as accurate as possible but cannot ensure perfect similarity with the offered product, particularly regarding colors.
Article 3 - Prices
The prices of our products are indicated in Swedish Krona (SEK), inclusive of all taxes (TTC), including the VAT applicable on the day of the order. Any change in the VAT rate may be reflected in the price of the products. VELTA Group EURL reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the product will be billed based on the rate in effect at the time of order validation.
Article 4 - Orders
The Customer can place an order online via the site nattsleep.com. The validation of the order implies the acceptance of these Terms of Sale. A confirmation email summarizing the order details will be sent to the Customer.
Article 5 - Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering. The Customer can pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, or PayPal. Secure payment is processed by our payment service providers.
Article 6 - Delivery
Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form, which can only be within the agreed geographical area (Sweden and selected European countries). The estimated delivery time is 5-8 business days. The delivery cost is 49.00 kr. Risks are borne by the purchaser from the moment the products leave our premises.
Article 7 - Right of Withdrawal (Retractation)
In accordance with EU law, the Customer has a period of thirty (30) days from the receipt of their products to exercise their right of withdrawal without giving any reason. To exercise this right, the Customer must notify VELTA Group EURL at hello@nattsleep.com. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer. The product must be returned in its original condition.
Article 8 - Warranty
All products supplied by VELTA Group EURL benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, provided by French law (Articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code). In case of non-conformity of a product sold, it may be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Article 9 - Liability
VELTA Group EURL, in the online sales process, is only bound by an obligation of means. Its liability cannot be engaged for damage resulting from the use of the Internet network such as loss of data, intrusion, virus, service breakdown, or other unintended problems.
Article 10 - Intellectual Property
All elements of the nattsleep.com site are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of VELTA Group EURL. Nobody is authorized to reproduce, exploit, redistribute, or use for any purpose whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site, whether software, visual, or sound.
Article 11 - Personal Data
VELTA Group EURL collects personal data for the processing of orders. In accordance with the GDPR, the Customer has the right to access, modify, and delete their data by contacting hello@nattsleep.com. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Article 12 - Applicable Law and Disputes
These Terms of Sale are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. If no amicable solution is found, the French courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.
